"When you deal with realtors, most of the time you are just another number, but when Frank handled the purchase of my house, I wasn't just dealing with a realtor; I was dealing with a friend. He was very helpful and offered suggestions on ways to proceed, because after all what do you buy one maybe two homes in your life? He is buying and selling every day.
